APARTMENT PRICES Castle Fernand Japy

The accommodations at Castle Fernand Japy are rented permanently out as a first or second home. Most apartments are unfurnished; we are happy to support you in furnishing if you so wish.

The minimum rental period is 12 months. Subletting on a weekly basis is allowed; long-term subletting needs to be approved by the owners.

The monthly rental cost consists of: Net rent, ancillary expenses, rent for garage space/basement compartment, ticket for access to the SPA (for you and your family/guests).

The ancillary expenses include: heating costs, hot and cold water, electricity, TV and internet access, garden maintenance, cleaning of the common rooms, building insurance and administrative costs.
