APARTMENT PRICES Annexe
The accommodations at the annexe are rented permanently out as a first or second home, furnished or unfurnished.
The minimum rental period is 9 months. Subletting on a weekly basis is allowed; long-term subletting needs to be approved by the owners.
The monthly rental cost consists of: Net rent, flat rate for utilities, prepayment for electricity, garage parking space.
The ancillary expenses include: water consumption, TV and shared internet connection, garden maintenance, building insurance and administrative costs.
